Consumption rate we are in.

In 90s. I remember the first walk-man and a tape i had. I'd listened that more than 100 times. Moreover, i had some very hard to find programming books. Actually, all of them were very hard to find. Because all the tapes and books was limited to the local dealer's stocks. I would ask them for new books every day. But obviously, most days there was no any new one.

Now, We can reach every kind of contents we want, just because of Internet. We have unlimited materials to learn something in any time. Shortly, we learn, consume and produce faster. There is no problem with learning faster but consuming the things faster and producing faster than ever is forcing us to learn much more faster. It seems, we started to live inside the endless loop.

The new rate of production also changed the source of our general informational needs. i.e Encyclopedias. Roy Rosezweig asked 'Can History Be Open Source?' here

So why not ? it's already been.

Last, as a founder of some open source projects. I am very happy with this exceeding demands and hungriness for the next. There is always a chance to sell your product now whether you have a best product or not. If you have something interesting, the world is easier place to live now.
